All work is handmade so variations in dimensions and glaze finish are characteristic of the process.

Items damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement or refund.

All orders are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the pottery you have ordered is not available and give you an estimated delivery date.

Please note that backorders can take up to 6 weeks . If you are backordering an item we can give you an estimated delivery date.

International shipping is currently unavailable.

If goods are being sent overseas Dunbeacon Pottery is not responsible for any custom charges or delivery delays at the country of destination.

Personalised items are non refundable and can take up to 4 / 6 weeks to complete.
